🚁 Helicopter Ride Booking Policy – Cheshire Polo Summer Festival

Event Dates:
📅 Saturday 19th & Sunday 20th July 2025

1. Group Bookings

  • Each booking reserves one flight for up to 3 people.

  • Flight duration is approximately 5-8 minutes.

  • All passengers must check in at the helicopter area at least 10 minutes before their scheduled departure time.

2. Payment & Booking

  • All bookings must be made in advance via our online system.

  • Full payment is required to secure your booking.

  • Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before your scheduled flight are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.

  • In the event of weather-related cancellations or unforeseen operational issues, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule (subject to availability).

4. Safety & Restrictions

  • All passengers must follow safety instructions given by the helicopter operator.

  • The ride is not suitable for:

    • Children under 4
      Anyone under the age of 16 without a parent or guardian.

    • Individuals with serious medical conditions

    • Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • The helicopter operator reserves the right to refuse service for safety reasons.

5. Weather & Delays

  • Helicopter flights are weather dependent and may be delayed or cancelled for safety.

  • We will do our best to keep you updated on the day of your flight.

6. Liability

  • The helicopter rides are provided and operated by a third-party aviation company, fully licensed and insured to offer passenger flights.

  • Cheshire Polo Club and associated festival organisers accept no liability for any accidents, incidents, injuries, or loss arising from the helicopter rides.

  • All passengers fly at their own risk, and any claims or concerns must be directed to the helicopter operator.
